¶ Introduction
A shareholder register is a list of active owners of a company's shares, updated on an ongoing basis. The shareholder register requires that every current shareholder is recorded. The register includes each person's name, address, and the number of shares owned.

¶ Step 1: Shareholder register *(G2T)
- Go to Treasury > Registers > Shareholder register
- A page will open with the Shareholder information on the left hand side,
- Share details for each shareholder can be inserted on the right hand side. This includes:
- Share class (Deferred, Convertible, Redeemable, Non-voting, Ordinary and Preference)
- Quantity
- Percentage display field
- On or before date
- Disposal of shares date
