A Shareholder Register is an official record that tracks a company’s active share owners on an ongoing basis. It captures essential shareholder details - including name, address, and shareholding quantities, providing an accurate view of ownership to support regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and shareholder communication.

¶ Step 1: Shareholder register
Shareholder register is part of G2T
- Go to Treasury > Registers > Shareholder register
- A page will open with the Shareholder information on the left hand side
- Share details for each shareholder can be inserted on the right hand side. This includes:
- Share class:
- Deferred
- Convertible
- Redeemable
- Non-voting
- Ordinary
- Preference
- Quantity
- Percentage
- On or before date
- Disposal of shares date
